Accounts
Many activities on our platform require an account, including buying and accessing content and submitting content for publication. When creating and maintaining your account, you must enter accurate and complete information, including a working email address. You are solely responsible for your account and everything that occurs on it, including any harm or damage done to us or anyone else due to the unauthorized use of your account. This calls for careful password management. You are not permitted to use or transfer another person’s account. If you contact us to ask for access to an account, we won’t give it to you until you can show us the documentation we need to confirm you are the account’s owner. Your login information for your account must remain private. You are responsible for what happens with your account, and English Finders won’t get involved in arguments between students or instructors who exchange login information. If you suspect any other security breach or become aware that someone else might be using your account without your permission, you must immediately alert our Help Team. To verify that you are the valid owner of your account, we can ask you for some information.
Course Enrollment
When instructors post content on English Finders, they authorize English Finders to give students licenses per our Instructor Guidelines. This indicates that we are permitted to sublicense the content to registered students. When you enroll as a student in a course or other material, whether free or paid, English Finders grants you a license to see the content through its platform and services. English Finders is the official licensor of the content. You are not being sold any content; it is being licensed to you. This license forbids you from reselling the content in any way, including by giving a buyer access to your account or by downloading and redistributing it unlawfully. English Finders hereby grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content via the Services solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms and any conditions or restrictions applicable to the specific content or feature of our Services. All other uses are categorically forbidden. Unless we expressly permit you to do so in a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of English Finders, you may not copy, distribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any content. When students enroll in a course or other content, we usually grant them a lifetime access license. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use any content at any time if we determine that it violates our Guidelines or if we are required by law or other regulations to disable access to the content, such as if the course or other content you enrolled in is the subject of a copyright complaint. Direct licenses from instructors to students for their content are not permitted, and any such direct license breaches these Rules and is void.
Payments
You agree to pay the fees associated with the content you purchase, and you give us permission to charge those fees to your debit or credit card or to use another payment method. English Finders collaborates with payment service providers to provide you with the easiest payment options available in your nation and to protect your financial information. We might change your payment methods using data from our payment service providers. To learn more, see our Privacy Policy. You consent not to use an illegitimate or unauthorized payment method when you make a transaction. You consent to pay us the associated fees within 7 days of receiving notice from us if your payment method is rejected, but you can still access the content you are enrolling in. Access to content we have not sufficiently compensated for may be disabled at our authorization.
Refunds
After seven days of making your purchase, you can ask English Finders to apply a refund to your account if the content is not what you expected. According to the capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from where you purchased your material, and at our discretion, we reserve the right to apply your return as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method. If you ask for a refund after the 7-day guarantee period has ended, or if you consume more than 25% of the content or download any resources, you are not entitled to proceed with the refund. However, you are eligible for a refund after this 7-day window if the previously paid-for content is disabled due to legal or regulatory requirements.
Gift and Promotional Codes
Students may receive gifts and promotional codes from English Finders or one of our partners. Per the conditions specified in your codes, some codes may be redeemed for gift or promotional credits added to your English Finders account and may subsequently be used to buy eligible material on our platform. Some material may be directly redeemable with other codes.
If these codes and credits are not used within the time frame provided in your English Finders account, they and any promotional value associated with them can expire. Unless otherwise provided in the terms contained with your coupons or as required by applicable legislation, English Finders’ gift and promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash. A partner’s gift and promotion coupons are subject to the partner’s refund rules.
Content and Behaviour Guidelines
For illegal purposes, you are not permitted to access, use, or register for the Services. Your country’s applicable local or national laws or regulations must be followed when using the Services and behaving in a certain way on our platform. The knowledge and observance of any laws and regulations that apply to you are exclusively your responsibility.
If you’re a student, the Services allow you to write content reviews and ask questions about the instructors of courses or other courses you’re enrolled in. The instructor may ask you to submit material as “homework” or an exam for a particular topic. Nothing you upload or contribute should be a work of your own.
In addition to communicating with the students who have registered for your courses or other content, instructors can submit content for publishing on the platform. In all situations, you are required to follow the law and respect the rights of others. You are not permitted to submit any courses, questions, answers, reviews, or other information contravening your country’s local, state, or federal laws or regulations. All courses, content, and activities you publish or take using the platform and Services and any results are solely your responsibility. When you submit any information for publication on English Finders, ensure you know all the copyright restrictions outlined in the Instructor Guidelines.
We reserve the right to remove your course or content if we become aware that it violates the law or the rights of others (for instance, if it is determined that it infringes on another’s intellectual property or image rights or that it discusses illegal activity), if we learn that it goes against our Guidelines, or if we find that it is illegal, inappropriate, or objectionable (for instance, if it impersonates another person). English Finders abides by copyright regulations.
For any reason, including any violation of these Terms, failure to pay any fees when due, fraudulent chargeback requests at the request of law enforcement or government agencies, prolonged periods of inactivity, unexpected technical issues or problems, or if we suspect that you are engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity, we may restrict or terminate your use of our platform and Services or ban your account, with or without prior notice. Upon any such termination, we reserve the right to delete your content and account and to bar you from using our Services or accessing the platforms in the future.
Even if your account is closed or temporarily disabled, your material might still be accessible on the sites. You acknowledge that if your account is terminated, your material is removed, or your access to our platforms and services is restricted; we shall not be liable to you or any third party.
English Finders’ Right for Promotional Content
The materials you publish (including courses) as a student or instructor are your own. You retain all ownership rights in your courses and other content by publishing them; however, by doing so, you grant English Finders permission to use, share, and reuse them. Make sure you comprehend the material licensing conditions described in the Instructor Agreement if you are an instructor.
When you publish content, comments, questions, and reviews, and when you send us ideas and proposals for new features or changes, you permit English Finders to use that content any way we see fit, to share it with others, to distribute it and promote it across any platform and in any media.
License
Unless otherwise stated, English Finders and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on English Finders. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from English Finders for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from English Finders
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from English Finders
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from English Finders
- Redistribute content from English Finders

Users Comments
Parts of this website allow users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. English Finders does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of English Finders, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
