Can-Do Task: My Weekend Plans and One Prediction
Time to plan out loud (or on paper).
Your Task
Write 4–5 sentences: describe two things you’re going to do next weekend (using “going to”), make one prediction about the weather or your week (using “will” or “I think… will”), and add one first-conditional sentence about your plans (“If it’s sunny, I’ll…”).
Model Answer
“Next weekend, I’m going to visit my cousin. We’re going to cook dinner together on Saturday. I think it will be sunny, so if the weather is nice, we’ll eat outside. I’m sure it will be a great weekend!”
