Can-Do Task: Write a Complaint Message
Imagine you bought something online and there’s a problem with it — wrong size, damaged, or simply not what you expected.
Your Task
Write a short, polite complaint message (4–6 sentences). Explain what you ordered, describe the problem, and clearly state what you would like (a refund, a replacement, or an exchange).
Model Answer
“I’m writing to complain about an order I received yesterday. I ordered a medium-sized jacket, but you sent me a small one. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit me at all. I would like a replacement in the correct size, or a full refund if that isn’t possible. Thank you for your help.”
