Now describe your own routine in detail.

Your Task

Write a short paragraph (5–6 sentences) about your typical day, from morning to evening. Use at least three phrasal verbs (get up, turn on, look for…) and two adverbs of manner (quickly, carefully, well…).

Model Answer

“I usually get up at 6:45 and get ready quickly. I turn on the radio while I eat breakfast. At work, I look after several projects carefully. In the evening, I look forward to relaxing at home. I try to sleep well every night.”
