Can-Do Task
This task checks what you can actually DO with the language from Module 9 — not just what you know about it.
Write About Last Weekend
Write 4–5 sentences about what you did last weekend. Include:
- at least one sentence with was/were
- at least one regular past verb (-ed)
- at least one irregular past verb
- at least one time expression (last weekend, on Saturday, two days ago, etc.)
Model answer: Last weekend was relaxing. On Saturday, I visited my friend and we cooked dinner together. On Sunday, I went to the park and read a book. It was a great weekend.
