Final Can-Do Writing Submission
Your Task
Your final writing task shows how far you’ve come since Module 1. Write three parts: (1) a self-introduction of 6–8 sentences, (2) a registration form, and (3) a short story (4–5 sentences) about something you did recently. Then read Parts 1 and 3 out loud.
Before You Start
- Part 1, introduce yourself: name, age, nationality, where you live, job or studies, family, your routine and one hobby. Use be, have, the present simple and like + -ing.
- Part 2, form: First name · Surname · Date of birth · Nationality · Address · Phone number · Email · Occupation.
- Part 3, a past story: something you did last week or last weekend, in time order, with one was/were, regular and irregular verbs and an opinion at the end.
- Compare with your Module 1 Can-Do Task (Introduce Yourself). What can you do now that you couldn’t do then?

I usually get up at six and I start work at seven. In my free time I love reading and I play volleyball on Sundays. I can cook very well!

Part 3: Last Saturday I visited my grandparents. First we cooked lunch together, then we watched an old film. In the evening I took the train home. It was a lovely, relaxing day.
